Requirements:

• UAE Experience 5+ years with a contracting company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures and standards for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage the quality assurance process for mechanical engineering projects from planning through to execution.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspections, tests, and non-conformance issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify areas for improvement in design, materials, processes, or equipment.
• Develop and deliver training on QA/QC best practices for the engineering and project management teams.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review technical documents such as contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality issues.
