Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless IT operations for office users and production lines
- Maintain a 24/7 network and server infrastructure availability
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve system or network-related issues
- Implement IT policies to protect and secure the IT environment
- Provide technical support for barcode printers, scanners, network systems, and production line reports
