Job Position: Social Media and Marketing Executive

– Assist in managing social media accounts for our clients in the luxury and hospitality space.
– Help plan and organize content calendars, post scheduling, and social media publishing.
– Support the team during shoots, campaigns, and live activations.
– Create visual mood boards for each client shoot to guide photographers and videographers with styling, tone, and creative direction.
– Monitor trends, gather insights, and contribute fresh, relevant ideas.
– Work closely with the creative team and learn directly from leadership and senior staff.
– 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
– A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from both peers and subordinates.
– Good eye for aesthetics, social media storytelling, and brand consistency.
– Familiarity with Instagram and relevant digital tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.).
– Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a bonus.
– Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
