- Minimum 6 years of experience in TFM services – housekeeping and soft services
- Manage daily housekeeping team activities, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
- Proficient with housekeeping tools and equipment
- Address guest complaints and ensure high satisfaction
- Experience in luxury buildings is mandatory
MEP Services
- Minimum 6 years of experience in facility maintenance – MEP and specialist services
- Strong understanding of MEP drawings
- Engineering Diploma/Degree required
- Maintain key relationships, material/service availability, and monthly reports
- Experience in luxury buildings is mandatory
Concierge
- Deliver personalized concierge and front-desk services to residents and guests
- Manage visitor access, calls, service requests, and coordinate with facilities/security teams
- Assist with bookings, local recommendations, and special requests while maintaining confidentiality
