Job Position: Camp Boss

– Manage daily operations of manpower camps housing 500+ workers
– Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with HSE standards
– Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Site teams for manpower movement
– Address worker concerns, grievances, and operational issues professionally
– Supervise camp staff, including cleaning, security, and maintenance teams
– Maintain accurate records of occupancy, incidents, and camp activities
– Proven experience managing large manpower camps (500+ occupants)
– Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
– Ability to handle a multicultural workforce effectively
– Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English required, Hindi preferred
– Physically fit and available for on-site camp management
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
