Job Title: Site Manager
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute landscape construction projects.
- Ensure project compliance with drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
- Supervise, monitor, and report project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Lead project progress meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Forecast labor and machinery needs, schedule resources, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Manage budget planning, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct site inspections, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Optimize project management practices for greater efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all NOC approvals are obtained and properly documented.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape construction in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing demands.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
