Job Position: Site Engineer – Civil Department
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Site Execution & Supervision
– Supervise daily civil works, including excavation, concrete works, formwork, rebar, and finishing activities.
– Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
– Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
– Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
– Resolve technical issues on site and provide engineering solutions.
– Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
– Assist in preparing short-term work plans and schedules.
– Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams.
– Monitor work progress and report delays or issues.
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
– 3–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
– UAE / GCC experience is an advantage.
– Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software.
