Job Title: Site Civil Engineer
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site construction work as per design, timeline & quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams & subcontractors for seamless execution
- Enforce QA/QC and HSE protocols – zero tolerance for safety violations
- Conduct regular site inspections & maintain progress reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements
- Travel to regional sites when needed to monitor and resolve issues
- Manage delivery, installation, and on-site resources
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/fit-out site roles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction tools
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and safety standards
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site as needed
- UAE driving license (preferred)
