Job Position: Corporate Communication Specialist

– Execute communication plans that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
– Ensure all written materials adhere to brand voice and guidelines.
– Monitor public perception of the brand using social media, surveys, and media analysis.
– Create communications for SIBCA’s internal media and measure the effectiveness of communications.
– Build relationships with organizational leaders and communicators to shape content, develop editorial direction, and ensure completion of news stories and other communication strategies.
– Support technical direction and information architecture for online solutions and the company’s internal and external websites.
– Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize employee-related data related to marketing and communication policies and programs.
– Oversee public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication.
– Organize and attend seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and other events.
– Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure their work meets organizational requirements, deadlines, and budget.
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
– 4 – 6 years’ experience in corporate communications and branding.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional planning and organization experience.
– Ability to handle high levels of stress.
