Job Position: Scaffolding Manager

– Planning & Design: Collaborate with Project Directors / Project Managers to create scaffolding plans that align with project specifications and timelines. Conduct site assessments to determine scaffolding types, loads, and quantities.
– Erection & Dismantling Oversight: Supervise layout, installation, modifications, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Ensure work aligns with engineering designs, safety standards, and schedule requirements.
– Safety & Compliance: Enforce compliance with international and local HSE. Conduct safety training, regular inspections, risk assessments, and maintain records of certifications and inspections.
– Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on scaffolding installations, address defects, and implement corrective actions as needed.
– Inventory & Procurement: Manage scaffolding materials and equipment—coordinate orders, maintenance, inspections, and ensure availability of supplies.
– Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and clients to align scaffolding activities with overall project goals and resolve on-site challenges in a timely manner.
– Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor scaffolding crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and delivering professional development.
– Qualifications & Skills: 18+ years of scaffolding experience, including large scale building construction projects. Bachelors in Civil / Mechanical engineering. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Certification in scaffolding safety (e.g., CISRS, OSHA) is preferred.
