Job Position: Senior QHSE Officer

– To join team and ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment across our retail operations.
– Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in QHSE, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance (retail/FMCG preferred).
– Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations, HSE protocols, and internal auditing.
– Hands-on experience in hygiene inspections, risk assessments, and process improvement.
– Certification in Food Safety / HACCP / Internal Auditing / IOSH will be an added advantage.
– Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
– Ensure compliance with QHSE standards across hypermarket operations.
– Conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and staff training.
– Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities.
– Drive continuous improvement in food safety and workplace safety standards.
