Job Position: Senior / Chief Pump & Rotating Equipment Mechanic

– Minimum 7-10 years’ experience as a rotating equipment/pump mechanic, preferably within pump rental, oil & gas industries.
– Good English-speaking skills and good communication and coordination with maintenance, operations, and vendors.
– Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps, diesel engines, gearboxes, compressors, mechanical seals, bearings, and alignment procedures.
– Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and service procedures for leading engine brands.
– Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems associated with pumping equipment.
– Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage workshop activities.
– Flexible to travel between Dubai, UAE, and Dammam, KSA as required.
– Good communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
– Good planning and scheduling skills for yourself and junior colleagues.
– Can-do mentality, self-sufficient, independent, driven individual to get the work done.
