JOB LOCATION – NGI HEAD OFFICE, DUBAI
Key Job Requirements
– Assist the Sr. Audit Manager in risk assessment and drafting the Annual Audit Plan
– Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessment prior to commencement of an audit assignment. Assist the Sr. Audit Manager in annual risk assessment exercise for Audit planning
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform reviews of respective Departments/processes in line with the approved Audit plan with an objective to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
– Perform audit procedures including sampling, process walk-throughs, testing and discussion of exceptions
– Identify, develop and document audit findings and recommendations using independent judgment
– Communicate results of the audit including risk management issues and control deficiencies via written reports, supported by evidences gathered, with detailed observations
– Participate in opening and closing meetings with Auditees and Departmental Heads at the end of field-work and where necessary provide evidence and clear explanation of issues identified
– Assist the Sr. Audit Manager in finalizing Internal Audit final reports
– Perform follow-up of previously issued audit reports on a periodic basis
– Maintain audit documentation and supporting in line with audit observations for completed audits
Qualifications & Experience:
– CA or ACCA or CPA or equivalent. CIA or deferred
– Over 7 years, insurance company experience preferred
