Job Position: Senior Landscape Estimation Engineer

– REF-DG25-035 Desert Landscape is fast expanding, and we are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team.
– Identify landscape bid requirements, both technical and commercial, to prepare compliant bids.
– Prepare and submit requests for information to the client/consultant to clarify discrepancies.
– Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
– Compare and negotiate suppliers’ quotes to select the most competitive options for rate build-up.
– Prepare and compile cost estimates, ensuring the full scope is covered or properly qualified.
– Attend pre- and post-tender meetings and prepare value engineering (VE) bids.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape estimation.
– Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognized university is preferred.
– Proficiency in relevant software (Candy CCS, AutoCAD, MS Office).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
