Senior Construction Manager – Building Construction

Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– 18–20 years of experience in major building construction projects
– Minimum 12 years in senior construction leadership with a Tier-1 main contractor
– Proven experience delivering high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, or other large-scale building developments
– Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, HSE, Primavera P6, and project execution
– MMUP (UPDA) registration and PMP certification are advantageous
– Main contractor construction management experience is essential (consultancy/PMC-only backgrounds will not be considered)
Key Responsibilities
– Lead all site construction activities from project commencement to handover
– Manage Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, and subcontractors
– Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, and Logistics teams
– Monitor construction progress, productivity, resources, and project schedules
– Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations
– Lead site coordination meetings and resolve construction and technical challenges
