Job Position: Senior Architect

– Review and approve shop drawings, offering detailed feedback to enhance clarity and execution.
– Lead effective collaboration between consultants and contractors, promoting a proactive and productive site environment.
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of executed works, adherence to project timelines and resolving on-site challenges.
– Monitor all communication between contractors and consultants, promptly resolving pending issues and evaluating performance across both parties.
– Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.
– Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical requirements and challenges.
– Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes in coordination with the project management team.
– Ensure all drawings and submittals comply with project specifications, promptly addressing any deviations from established standards.
– A bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
– 4-7 years of experience.
