Key Responsibilities
– Manage bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
– Handle post-dated cheque (PDC) reconciliation and tracking.
– Perform tenant account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
– Maintain and control the Accounts Receivable (AR) general ledger.
– Oversee receivables management, ensuring timely collections and accurate records.
– Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions related to real estate leasing.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within the real estate leasing sector.
– Strong expertise in accounts receivable and receivables management.
– Hands-on experience with bank, PDC, and tenant account reconciliations.
– Good understanding of general ledger control and accounting procedures.
– Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
