Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations and team performance
- Ensure full site coverage and manage shift schedules
- Handle incidents and emergencies with proper escalation
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and write shift reports
- Train and onboard new security staff
- Coordinate with clients, management, and local authorities
- Ensure the functionality of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
Job Requirements:
- SIRA Supervisor Certificate (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a security supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of UAE security protocols
- Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- MS Office proficiency (for reports and scheduling)
- Physically fit, punctual, and presentable
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
