– Senior Leadership Role | High Base Salary + Override + Performance Bonuses
– Own the sales division end-to-end: revenue planning, execution, hiring, training, lead-gen oversight, funnel management, performance optimization
– Build a high-performing sales organization that produces consistent, predictable revenue
– Build and execute quarterly and annual business plans with clear revenue targets
– Analyze market conditions and position the team to win in off-plan and secondary markets
– Develop sales strategies that align with S&W’s growth roadmap
– Improve structures, reporting, and operational discipline across the sales function
– Monitor and optimize the full sales funnel from lead to closing
– Ensure daily follow-up discipline, viewings, negotiation support, and deal hygiene
– Use CRM data (HubSpot) to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and increase conversions
– Build predictable monthly revenue models based on real data
– Work with marketing to define monthly and quarterly lead targets, campaign strategy, budgets, and messaging
– Evaluate CPL, CPA, and ROI for channels and shift budgets accordingly
– Strengthen lead qualification systems and high lead-to-viewing ratios
– Recruit and onboard high-calibre agents; create a performance-driven environment
– Lead weekly coaching sessions and monthly reviews tied to measurable outputs
– Build a team culture centred on professionalism, consistency, and client trust
– Represent S&W in developer meetings, launches, and partnership events
– Support agents in closing complex negotiations and high-value clients
– Maintain strong developer and client relationships
– 6–10 years in Dubai real estate with leadership and revenue achievements
– Proven ability to scale teams and deliver high monthly sales consistently
– Strong digital lead generation, campaign performance, and funnel optimization skills
– Advanced CRM understanding, preferably HubSpot
– Skilled recruiter with the ability to attract and retain top agents
– Capable of building and presenting quarterly business plans with financial clarity
– Confident, structured, analytical, and able to hold teams accountable
– Strong base salary plus overrides and bonuses
– Full marketing and operations support
– Leadership influence over S&W’s expansion
