Job Position: Charge Nurse

– Oversee the operations of the ICU unit, ensuring patient care is delivered effectively, efficiently, and safely
– Work closely with the ICU team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
– Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
– Requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
– Valid DHA License – mandatory
– Proven experience as a Charge Nurse in an ICU setting
– Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
– Ability to manage and coordinate high-acuity care in a fast-paced environment
