Requirements:

• UAE-based and ready to join immediately
• 4+ years experience in F&B/hospitality industry in Dubai
• Strong expertise in food costing, portion control, inventory, pricing trends
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

5) Hygiene Officer

Requirements:

• UAE-based and immediate joiner preferred
• 2+ years experience in F&B hygiene/safety in Dubai
• Food Safety Certification (HACCP, ISO 22000, or DM Food Safety)
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations, inspections, and audit procedures
• Strong HACCP, pest control, and sanitation knowledge

6) Accountant

Requirements:

• UAE-based, ready to join immediately
• 2+ years of accounting experience in F&B/hospitality in Dubai
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in POS-integrated systems and accounting software

7) Admin / Cashier

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher
• 2+ years in a cashier/admin role in a restaurant
• Proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and cash handling skills
