Qualifications & Requirements
– Minimum 4–8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a property developer
– Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, property sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies
– Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Highly presentable with a professional appearance and demeanor
– Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
– Customer-focused with exceptional presentation and closing skills
– Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
– Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
– This position is strictly for candidates who fully meet the required qualifications, particularly in real estate sales
