Job Position: Sales Manager/Team Lead

– Lead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing ongoing coaching and support for both new and underperforming team members
– Monitor and drive team KPI performance, analyze results, and develop strategies to achieve targets
– Oversee team operations, including CRM usage, lead distribution, and internal reporting
– Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement best practices and optimize processes
– Motivate the team, introduce effective sales practices, and continuously improve team performance
– Professional level of English
– Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving team KPIs
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset
– Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools
– Full employment in the UAE (employment visa + premium medical insurance)
– Base salary AED 10,000 + team KPI bonus scheme (total earnings up to AED 20,000)
