– Ability to achieve/exceed sales targets, develop sales strategies, and expand market share
– Strong understanding of motorcycles, market trends, competitor activity, and ability to train sales staff
– Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams with clear KPIs and performance monitoring
– Excellent skills in building customer relationships, handling escalations
– Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools
– UAE Motorcycles license
– Proficiency in English. Arabic Proficiency is a plus
