Job Position: Sales Manager

– Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring goals are achieved.
– Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth in the luxury and off-plan segments.
– Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on investment opportunities.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine tactics.
– Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
– Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
– Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales with business goals.
– 5+ years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
– Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets.
– Energetic, assertive, and a strong presence in client engagements.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Language requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, or native English speakers (required).
