Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive sales and revenue for all outlets.
- Analyze F&B market trends and create innovative F&B promotions and pricing strategies.
- Represent all outlets and provide excellent service to regular guests and VIPs.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage within a 5-star hotel setting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and experience in partnership campaigns.
- Understanding of profit and loss in the F&B industry.
- An existing database of corporate or agency clients is advantageous.
