Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in manpower outsourcing or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong B2B sales experience, proactive client engagement, market research, cold-calling, revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales in staffing and recruitment.
- Engage with clients, arrange meetings, and attend events.
- Conducted market research and converted leads into opportunities.
- Pursue upselling and new business; achieve sales targets.
