Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and acquire new clients for facility & maintenance services

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✔ Leverage existing contacts with developers and firms to generate business

✔ Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits

✔ Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

✔ Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility management or maintenance sales in the UAE

✔ Expertise: MEP, cleaning, HVAC, and general maintenance services

✔ Network: Established client base with developers and firms

✔ Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✔ License: UAE driving license with own vehicle preferred
