Job Position: Sales Coordinator

– Contract – 5 months
– The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team
– Collates daily work orders from the sales team, GTV’s and PDI requests and forwards to the concerned departments
– Liaises with the Service Center and follows up on daily work orders/PDIs for new vehicles
– Coordinates the work of drivers in respect of registrations, clearing of cheques at banks, deliveries, and collections from the Workshop
– Maintains inventory of various sales & related items
– Prepares quotations and orders stationery items for the division
– Follows up and coordinates on order progress
– Responsible for demo vehicles and ensuring availability as per the test drive schedules given
– Maintains the Reservation booking system/Inventory system/CRM system/chassis (VIN) register of sold vehicles, etc.
– Prepares a detailed MIS report
– Handles all petty cash transactions and obtains the Line Manager’s signature before submitting vouchers to the Finance Dept
– Responds to complaints from customers and gives after-sales support, if required
– Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Sales Manager
– Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an Automotive service center
– Fluent in English; (Arabic preferred)
– Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in MS Office
