Job Position: Factory Manager (Switchgear – Shop Floor)
Location: DIC, Dubai, UAE

– Manage overall factory operations, optimise processes, lead staff, and coordinate maintenance to meet production schedules.
– Ensure product quality, address non-conformities, and maintain proper QA documentation.
– Control inventory, minimise waste, and manage costs in coordination with the procurement team.
– Prepare operational reports and collaborate with management on planning and continuous improvements.
– Degree / Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
– Proven experience of 3 to 10+ years in factory or production management.
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
– Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, safety standards, and ERP systems.
