Job Position: HSE Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 3–4 years of UAE (Dubai) experience in the construction or precast concrete plant/manufacturing Industry.
– Valid IOSH and NEBOSH Certification.
– Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.
– Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety inspections, and audits.
– Ability to develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and permits.
– Experience in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site teams, clients, and management.
– Proficient in HSE documentation/reporting systems.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and under pressure in site environments.
