Job Position: Branch Manager

– Ability to manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently and effectively.
– Manage production, planning, and forecasting to meet project timelines.
– Ensure quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
– Supervise multi-department teams and manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
– Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management.
– Monitor and review cost reports, implementing cost control measures.
– Identify operational inefficiencies and take corrective actions.
– Maintain strong customer relations and client coordination.
– 10–8 years of experience in the precast concrete or construction materials industry(mandatory).
– Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing operations(mandatory).
– Strong hands-on experience in production management, planning, and forecasting.
– Proven track record in quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
– Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to handle multi-department operations.
– Skilled in preparing and reviewing cost reports and ensuring cost control measures.
– Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
– Experience in customer relations and maintaining strong client coordination.
– Knowledge of HSE standards, ISO procedures, and QA/QC systems within the precast industry.
– Financial background is an added advantage.
