Job Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Business Bay, Blue Bay Tower, Dubai, UAE

– Lead day-to-day accounting and receivables for our real estate brokerage and property management operations, and to support finance process improvements.
– General accounting and monthly financial reporting
– Accounts receivable ownership and collections follow-up
– Process oversight for postings, reconciliations, and controls
– Close coordination with Property Management and Sales teams
– Support audits, VAT filings, and system accuracy
– Work alongside external audit support, present twice per week
– Proven UAE real estate accounting experience
– Strong grasp of brokerage and property management finance flows
– Hands-on with reconciliations, reporting, and accounting systems
– Proactive communicator with high attention to accuracy and deadlines
