Job Position: Senior Financial Controller

– Manage the firm’s financial planning cycle: multi-year forecasts, scenarios, and stress testing.
– Partner with the CEO to align capital deployment, performance targets, and shareholder returns.
– Lead statutory accounts and prudential/regulatory filings under DFSA/DIFC rules (capital & liquidity returns, ICAAP/IRAP equivalents).
– Oversee core controllership: GL, AP/AR, treasury, reconciliations, and cash management.
– 8 -10+ years in financial control/finance leadership within regulated financial services (brokerage experience is a MUST)
– Deep knowledge of DFSA prudential requirements, IFRS, and DIFC frameworks.
– Professional qualification: ACCA / CPA / CA (or equivalent).
– Track record running audits, regulatory submissions, and management reporting in fast-paced environments.
