Job Position: Risk & Governance Specialist

– Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks in project plans and execution
– Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks effectively
– Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project workflows
– Maintain comprehensive risk registers and ensure regular updates on risk status
– Prepare and deliver risk analysis reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
– Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization
– Monitor changes in project scope and external factors that may introduce new risks
– Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
– Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management tools
– Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
– Effective communication and presentation skills
– Proficiency in risk management software and project management tools
– Relevant risk management certifications (PMI-RMP, CRM) are an advantage
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
