– To manage day-to-day HR operations for a growing Real Estate team
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience (real estate/property industry preferred)
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
– Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
– Proficiency in HR systems (Bayzat experience is a plus)
