– Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction Engineering with 8-12+ years of UAE planning experience
– Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI; strong CPM/EVM knowledge
– Proven EOT claims and FIDIC contract experience with clients and consultants
– Strong English skills; Arabic and UAE driving license are a plus
