Job Position: MEP Technician
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems.
– Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps.
– Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
– Ensure all work complies with FM standards and safety regulations.
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an MEP Technician
– A background in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Technical diploma or certification in the MEP-related field
