– Toy Station is a leading distribution and retail company specializing in toys in the UAE
– Oversee daily store operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
– Manage coordination with suppliers, inventory control, and ensure exceptional customer service
– Supervise staff, track sales performance, coordinate merchandising, and optimize store efficiency
– Implement company policies and foster a positive workplace culture to drive team performance and achieve business growth
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis for sales tracking
– Previous experience in retail or the toy industry is an advantage
– Coordination with suppliers on delivery scheduling, pricing, branding, events initiatives, and payments
– Awareness of toy industry trends
– Experience in high standards of visual merchandising and retail marketing
– Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and train employees
– Operational management skills, including store operations, staffing, and inventory control
– Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field preferred
– Ability to manage budgets for the stores, ensuring financial health and profitability
– Ability to monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or customer experience
– Ability to provide accurate sales and financial reporting to the senior management team
– Expertise in premium-level standards and customer service
– Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities, particularly in staff training on brand and VM standards, mentoring on customer service standards, and driving sales revenue growth across the store network
– Experience coordinating effectively with suppliers on purchase orders
– Min 3 years in a similar role
– Any nationality
– A UAE driving license and a car are a must
– Budget: 8,000 – 12,000 AED monthly, based on the interview results and candidate experience
– 6 days per week. 9 hours inclusive 1 hour break
– The company is providing a visa, insurance, and annual airfare
