Receptionist / Admin Assistant – Al Saad Precast DIC
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
– Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
– Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and document handling
– Handle incoming/outgoing mails
– Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
– Support HR/Admin department with day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field
– 1–2 years experience in reception or admin roles
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in standard office computing software
– Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask
– Immediate joiners preferred
– Must be currently in UAE
– Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or admin roles
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– Good time-management and multitasking skills
