Casafina Home Furnishing is hiring a Receptionist in Dubai for a full-time on-site role in Dubai, UAE. The role involves procurement, tracking orders, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, sorting mail, completing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
The job requires strong procurement, communication, customer service, and clerical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for administrative roles. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial. The ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage. A valid residence visa in Dubai is required. Experience in customer-facing roles is also beneficial.
