Job Position: Receptionist

Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
– 24×7 Helpdesk Support: Manage after-hours client calls and issues
– Email & Follow-ups: Handle daily emails, ad-hoc tasks, and AMC project follow-ups
– Coordination: Liaise with building security and community managers
– Enquiries & Vendors: Manage RTM/RFM tasks, AMC queries, and vendor coordination
– Team Assistance: Support operations team as required
Requirements:
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reception, admin, or FM coordination (preferred)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Well-presented, organised, and able to multitask
– Experience with CAFM systems is an added advantage
