Job Title: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

24×7 Helpdesk Support:
Manage after-hours client calls and address urgent service issues. -
Email & Follow-ups:
Respond to emails, handle ad-hoc tasks, and assist with AMC project tracking. -
Coordination:
Liaise with building security and community managers to maintain seamless operations. -
Enquiries & Vendor Management:
Oversee RTM/RFM requests, AMC-related queries, and vendor coordination. -
Team Assistance:
Provide support to the operations team as required.
