Job Position: Real Estate Team Lead
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

– Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15-20 agents
– Set and monitor sales targets for each agent
– Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market-specific strategies for the resale sector/off-plan sector
– Assist agents in closing transactions, handling client objections, and optimizing deal structures
– Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive insights
– Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professionalism and top-tier service
– Report performance metrics and sales updates to senior management
– 3–5 years of proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market
– Strong track record in closing resale property/off-plan transactions
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
– RERA certification
– Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Personal car and Dubai driving license
– Are Arabic speakers (mandatory)
– Have strong proficiency in English
