Job Position: Real Estate Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate opportunities across the UAE
– Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and government entities
– Oversee property transactions, lease agreements, and ensure proper documentation
– Monitor and interpret UAE real estate laws, market trends, and regulatory changes
– Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other relevant authorities
– Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and investment decisions
– 3–5 years minimum experience in the UAE real estate market
– Established network and direct contacts with DLD, RERA, and related authorities
– Strong understanding of UAE property regulations and legal procedures
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
– Arabic language skills are a plus
