Job Position: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready property portfolios
– Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and team performance
– Train, coach, and mentor agents to maximize productivity
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
– Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
– Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of agents
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market
– Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary (ready) properties
– Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
– Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations
– Target-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
– Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
