Job Position: Business Development Officer (Construction Background)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Female – Filipinos are preferred due to operational constraints
– 5+ years of experience working with contractors in the UAE/ Abu Dhabi
– Control and submission of Technical & Commercial proposal documents
– Manage registration to different portals like SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Maximo, and others with various government and private entities across different sectors in the UAE
– Ensure all registration documents and company documents are updated and well-documented
– Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents related to Tendering
– Monitor and manage updates to registration status, renew registration, and update all the documents needed for renewal
– Manage all the company’s technical documents, classification, licenses, and equivalency of the Engineers and Practicing certificates

– Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
