Job Position: Real Estate Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Market and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users
– Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
– Conduct property presentations, project briefings, and investment consultations
– Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable off-plan opportunities
– Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
– Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, and market movements
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
– Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales and lead reports
– Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions
– Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
– Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan properties
– Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills
– Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
– Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate and off-plan market
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
– Valid UAE driving license preferred
– RERA certification is an advantage
