– Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
– Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
– Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and activities
– Maintain Radisson’s “Yes I Can!” service philosophy in every interaction
– Previous experience in Front Office or a similar guest-facing role (hospitality experience preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction
