Coca-Cola Al Mana HIRING Quality Assurance Analyst

Here’s what you’ll take on:
– Lead sensory, physical-chemical, and microbiological testing across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
– Execute, document, and validate all analyses in strict alignment with ISO 22000, GMP, GLP, and internal Quality & Food Safety systems
– Develop and upgrade SOPs, visual standards, and process improvements that elevate compliance and consistency
– Strengthen lab performance through internal control plans, equipment calibration, and end-to-end lab inventory management
– Ensure full factory compliance with HACCP (PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs), QMP, GMPs, sanitation programs — including employee training
– Support MPOH, Baladhitya, and third-party audits with findings management, corrective/preventive actions, and robust documentation
